Swiftz charges a transaction fee of 2.5% + $0.30 per successful payment (Starter plan). Enterprise pricing is available for high-volume merchants. Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Swiftz operates as a non-custodial service. We do not hold, store, or have access to your cryptocurrency funds. All payments are processed directly to wallet addresses you control. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and wallet access.
You agree not to use Swiftz services for:
API access is subject to rate limits based on your plan. Abuse of the API, including but not limited to excessive requests or attempts to circumvent rate limits, may result in temporary or permanent suspension of service.
Swiftz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Swiftz does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
